1. What we collect

• Account details you provide directly: name, email, and password (if you use email sign-up rather than a social login).
• Basic profile info from Google, Facebook, or Apple if you sign in with one of those — typically your name, email, and profile photo.
• Anything you choose to share in our Volunteer or Partnership forms, such as location and availability.
• Basic usage data (like which pages you visit) that helps us understand how the site is used.

2. How we use it

We use your information to coordinate volunteering and partnership opportunities, respond to your messages, and occasionally share updates about HydraATM activities. We do not sell your information to third parties, and we don't use it for anything beyond running the initiative.

3. Third-party services we rely on

• Google, Facebook, Apple Sign-In — used only to confirm your identity when you choose to log in that way. We receive your name, email, and profile photo from these providers, nothing more.
• Google Forms — our Volunteer and Partnership applications are hosted on Google Forms, which has its own privacy practices for information submitted there.
• PayPal — donations are processed entirely by PayPal. HydraATM never sees or stores your card or bank details.

4. Where it's stored

Account and login information is handled by our authentication provider, which manages storage and security for sign-in data. Form submissions live within Google Forms and PayPal's own systems as noted above. We keep this to the minimum number of places necessary to run the initiative.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account and volunteering information for as long as your account is active, or as long as needed to coordinate an ongoing partnership or volunteering relationship. You can request deletion at any time — see "Your rights" below.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time, and you can opt out of non-essential emails whenever you like. To make a request, just email us — see below.
